Welcome to the 9th Annual Art in Bloom Festival! On behalf of the entire city of Medford, I invite you to join us in this springtime celebration of fine arts and flowers.With even more streets dedicated to this year’s Festival, Downtown Medford will be filled with fascinating sights and sounds as it hosts thousands of people during this two-day visual arts, entertainment, and cultural event. Recognized as the “Best Art, Cultural or Heritage Event in Oregon for 2004” by the Oregon Festivals and Events Association, the Art in Bloom Festival continues to attract northwest artists and art Enthusiasts alike.

This year enjoy a special Can-Sculpture provided by Access Inc., as well as an amazing ice carving demonstration by Image in Ice. Also on the agenda is live entertainment, art and floral demonstrations, delicious culinary fare, and creative and original works of art including sculpture, painting, photography, woodcarvings, glasswork, jewelry, fashion and more. And don’t forget to share in the fun with children’s art activities. Our local downtown restaurants will also be open for food, wine and more!

The city of Medford is proud of the vibrant and active arts and culture community that we have in our city. Through our shared vision, we recognize that the arts are essential to enhancing the livability, beauty and economic vitality of this region. Art in Bloom, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support art education in local schools, is a perfect example of how Medford enjoys celebrating the arts with its people coming together, enjoying the outdoors.
